Massage Envy in the United States is seeking a Wellness Consultant / Front Desk Sales Associate to help clients feel their best. You’ll start conversations, make confident recommendations, and invite memberships, skincare, and services in a welcoming, low-pressure setting.

This role emphasizes listening, goal setting, and teamwork; you’ll balance check-ins, scheduling, outbound outreach, and follow-ups while working evenings and weekends to support the studio’s busy hours and growth.

Wellness Consultant / Front Desk Sales Associate

Great sales start with influence: listening, building trust, and helping someone understand why a service or product could be right for them. As a Wellness Consultant, you’ll use those skills every day to help clients make wellness part of their routine.

This is an active sales role with goals to achieve and opportunities to earn monthly bonuses. You’ll start conversations, make confident recommendations, and ask for the sale while delivering a welcoming experience.

What you’ll do

• Connect with clients. Make every person feel welcomed, heard, and valued from check-in to checkout.
• Turn conversations into recommendations. Ask questions, listen to clients’ goals, and explain how memberships, massage, skincare, stretch, enhancements, and homecare products can support them.
• Use your influence. Build excitement, answer questions, address concerns, and confidently invite clients to take the next step.
• Own your sales goals. Work toward individual and team targets, track your progress, and put coaching into practice.
• Keep the schedule moving. Book appointments, recommend return visits, answer calls, and reach out through outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Follow through. Maintain accurate client records and follow up to help clients stay connected to their wellness routine.
• Grow with your team. Participate in training, share ideas, and work together to create a great client experience.
