Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a friendly, guest-focused colleague to welcome guests, assist with luggage and check-in, and help coordinate activities across the resort. You’ll serve as a knowledgeable resource on amenities, shuttle operations, and local attractions, while maintaining clean, safe public spaces and supporting event setup.

Ideal candidates bring prior hospitality or customer service experience, ability to work weekends/holidays, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage and valet services.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for ranch amenities and local attractions.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles and manage guest vehicle logistics.
• Set up and break down areas for events and guest experiences, handling supplies.
