Job summary
Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a seasoned Guest Concierge to join our founding team in the Texas Hill Country. You will craft personalized wellness itineraries, coordinate spa, dining, and adventure experiences, and deliver concierge-level service across Spa, Rooms, Culinary, and other resort teams.
With a minimum of 2 years in luxury hospitality or guest services, you’ll excel at communication, organization, and multitasking, ensuring guests enjoy seamless, memorable experiences in a luxury
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury hospitality or guest services experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with reservation systems such as Book4Time or Opera Cloud preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build personalized wellness itineraries for guests.
- Coordinate spa, fitness, dining, and experiences with reservations.
- Provide concierge-style service and anticipate guest needs.
- Collaborate with Spa, Rooms, Culinary, and other teams.
- Maintain guest profiles and optimize reservations.
