Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness Fort Lauderdale is seeking a friendly Part-Time Wellness Representative to welcome clients, introduce therapies, and guide them to memberships that fit their goals and budget.

You’ll tour the studio, answer questions for the nursing team, support community outreach, help plan social media reels, and manage check-ins and payments while upholding safety procedures.

Availability includes 3-4 days per week, with opening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Comfortable starting conversations and discussing pricing.
• Experience in wellness, fitness, or membership sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, lead studio tours, and explain core therapies, IV nutrients, and weight-management options.
• Explain membership benefits and help clients choose memberships that fit goals and budget.
• Contact new leads during downtime, follow up with interested guests, and book studio visits.
• Support outreach by connecting with local businesses and representing Restore at events.
• Plan and film social media reels and post videos on Instagram and Facebook 3–4 times per week.
• Manage appointments, check clients in/out, collect payments accurately, and follow safety procedures.
