Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative in Winter Park, FL to greet guests, build client relationships, and drive memberships. You will deliver personalized service experiences, educate clients on therapies, safety guidelines, and at-home care, and develop wellness plans that support long-term goals.

This hourly full-time role combines customer care, operations, and sales in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours and highlight service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
