Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Wellness Coordinator to help grow memberships, promote wellness services, and provide friendly patient care in a busy clinic.

Weekdays with possible weekends; compensation includes $16.00–$17.00/hr plus bonus potential. Strong phone and computer skills are required to educate patients on wellness options and services while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet and check in members/patients.
• Answer phone calls.
• Re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages, promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Keep management informed of member concerns.
