Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to help grow memberships and deliver excellent service to patients. This role involves greeting members, checking in, answering calls, and promoting wellness offerings in a fast-paced clinic environment. Hours: Mon-Fri 10-7, Sat 10-4.

Openings for full-time and part-time positions. A high school diploma or GED is required and at least one year of sales experience is preferred; you must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with effective communication.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with marketing/sales activities to attract new patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to members and patients.
• Gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients, check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Communicate management concerns and follow policies.
• Learn and grow; accept constructive criticism.
• Stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
