Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Wellness Coordinator to help grow memberships and deliver world-class service to patients in our clinics. If you are goal oriented, enthusiastic about health and wellness, and have sales experience, we want to talk to you.

This role involves greeting members, processing memberships, handling calls, staying up to date on offerings, and working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of previous sales experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with members and patients.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival; checking in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following policies and direction.
