Responsibilities include greeting and checking in members, answering calls, re‑engaging inactive clients, and staying current on promotions. The role requires 1+ year sales experience and strong phone/computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience.
• Ability to operate POS software and manage patient accounts.
• Strong phone and computer skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to members and patients.
• Gain memberships to meet sales goals as Wellness Coordinator.
• Greet members, check in patients for chiropractic visits.
• Answer phone calls and re‑engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Inform management of member concerns and follow policies.
• Willingness to learn and grow, accept feedback constructively.
• Standing or sitting for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
