Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our fast-paced clinics. You will drive membership sales, welcome patients, and manage check-in processes while educating patients on wellness offerings. The role requires strong phone and computer skills and a customer-focused approach.

Alternating Saturdays are required, and the position offers medical benefits and bonus opportunities in a collaborative, health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
• Greet members and patients and check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Be able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in.
• Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
