Boca Woods Country Club Association Inc. seeks a part-time Wellness Administrator to support Fitness, Spa, Salon, and Wellness operations. You will greet members, handle inquiries, and coordinate appointments with a focus on personalized service.

You will manage billing, transactions, and records using club systems while maintaining schedules and communications across departments. The role requires weekend availability and a professional, discreet approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality/business/wellness education preferred.
• Previous receptionist/administrative/customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in private clubs, spa, fitness, resort, hotel, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong member-service and interpersonal skills for a welcoming professional experience.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with accurate information.
• Schedule and modify appointments, services, classes, and reservations.
• Process charges, transactions, billing, and gift certificates accurately.
• Maintain schedules, records, and departmental materials and reports.
• Assist with communications, promotions, and website content.
