Job summary

The Boca West Country Club Fitness Receptionist is the first point of contact for our members and guests. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and supporting daily fitness center operations to maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing registrations and renewals, coordinating with fitness staff on schedules, and handling payments with accuracy. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage member check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries related to services and memberships.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals.
• Coordinate with staff on class schedules and appointments.
• Promote programs and events to members.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform data entry and filing as needed.
