Job summary

Pompa Program LLC is seeking a Health Concierge – Inbound to warmly welcome clients beginning or continuing their wellness journey. You will guide inquiries about rescheduling, test kits, and program details, while scheduling Health Advisor consultations over the phone and email.

Ideal candidates excel in empathetic communication, manage a high-volume inbound queue, and maintain precise CRM records. You’ll handle product and kit questions, retention conversations, and ensure smooth coordination

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in consultative sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in contact centers, intake operations, or healthcare-adjacent environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care.
• Guide clients through intake and scheduling of Health Advisor consultations.
• Provide product and test kit guidance and handle retention conversations as needed.
• Respond to inbound emails and maintain CRM documentation.
