Job summary

Pompa Program LLC is seeking a Health Concierge – Inbound to warmly welcome clients starting or continuing their wellness journey. You will guide intake, schedule Health Advisor consultations, and answer product/test kit questions, ensuring a positive, ongoing relationship.

You will own inbound calls and emails, deliver reminders, conduct retention conversations, and maintain precise CRM records, collaborating with back-office teams to resolve requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in consultative sales, account management, or customer success preferred.
• Experience in contact centers, intake operations, or healthcare-adjacent environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide clients through intake and scheduling for Health Advisor consultations in the same contact.
• Provide guidance on product and test kit questions; assist with purchases or reorders as needed.
• Respond promptly to inbound emails and keep CRM notes up to date.
• Conduct retention conversations and assist with cancellations, refunds, or program adjustments.
