Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly Hyper Wellness Representative for our Atlanta location. You will greet clients, assist with services, and manage bookings while representing the Restore brand.

You will onboard new clients, educate them on services, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes a health-focused mindset, strong communication, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability is a plus.
• Holds or is working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients over the phone and facilitate booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients, complete waivers, and create profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours, sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and assist in social media outreach.
