Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager in Rhode Island to drive communications planning, training coordination, and program promotion for the Employee Assistance Program. This role serves as the primary contact for engagement activities supporting CVS Health's workforce.

The successful candidate brings a clinical license and 5+ years of clinical experience, with proven experience in developing and delivering clinical content and virtual presentations, plus strong Word/PowerPoint

Qualifications

Licensed clinical professional with current credentials as LPC/LCSW/CMHC/LMFT or equivalent.
5+ years of clinical experience.
3+ years of presentation experience (virtual).
3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
WebEx Training and/or Events administration experience.
Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program.
Support development and customization of program communications and promotional materials.
Assist with training coordination, scheduling, registration management, and webinar support.
Develop and revise training materials and communication content.
Provide consultation on program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with benefits, communications and other teams to support planning and outreach.
