Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support the Employee Assistance Program. This full-time role focuses on communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement activities for a national plan sponsor.

The ideal candidate holds a clinical license, 5+ years of clinical experience, and 3+ years of virtual presentation experience, with 3–5 years of writing clinical content. Strong WebEx and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
• The dedicated representative shall provide support on a flexible basis, with services prioritized based on Customer's business needs and mutually agreed initiatives.
