Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to supporting the Employee Assistance Program and related well-being initiatives. You will be the primary contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement activities for CVS Customer's workforce.

This role collaborates with benefits and communications teams, coordinates training materials, and guides awareness strategies to maximize program impact.

Qualifications

• Current and maintained clinical license (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years of presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years of writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Support development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences.
• Assist with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications.
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and communication content.
• Provide consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives.
• Serve as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination.
