Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory seeks a Wellness Coach Supervisor at the Kroc Center in Coeur d'Alene to coordinate wellness and athletic programs and supervise Wellness staff. You will also focus on customer relations and ensure high quality service for members and guests.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and demonstrated supervisory skills, with strong English communication and an ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR and AED required; instructor cert preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wellness coaches and staff.
• Coordinate wellness and athletic programs and customer relations.
• Assist in equipment research, review and selection.
• Maintain wellness equipment inventory and scheduling.
• Lead coaching meetings and workshops with all Wellness Coaches.
• Oversee member retention programs and nutrition programming.
• Train staff in coaching and customer service.
• Act as department liaison during Wellness Manager absence.
• Attend community events as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
