Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Kroc Attendant I for the Kroc Center in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The role focuses on supporting facility use, supervising activities such as the climbing wall and game room, and assisting with Mobile Kroc and Day Camps while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will foster a safe, welcoming place to belong, work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and follow the Emergency Action Plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must hold and maintain American Red Cross Community First Aid/CPR/AED certification; obtain within 60 days if not already held.
• Strong desire and ability to work with children and adults.
• Maintain a non-judgmental attitude with customers, clients, members and staff.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain strict confidentiality as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Salvation Army Mission.
• Create a safe place to belong and grow for all patrons.
• Provide professional and trustworthy service.
• Assist with programming during shifts.
• Understand department areas and programming (e.g., climbing wall, game room).
