Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time Wellness Coaches at the Atlee Station Family YMCA to welcome members and support their wellness goals in a friendly environment. Compensation is $15-$17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include building relationships with members, providing equipment orientations, keeping equipment clean, and assisting on the wellness floor. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold CPR, AED and First Aid

• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications; on-site certification available.

Job description

The Atlee Station Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The pay range for this part-time position is $15-$17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Looking for candidates who can work weekday shifts (9:00am-1:00pm and/or 1:00pm-5:00pm) as well as candidates that have weekend availability.

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
