Job summary

The Goochland Family YMCA is seeking part-time Wellness Coaches to help members on the wellness floor and provide equipment orientations. Pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour.

This role requires nights and weekend availability, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain them). Candidates with a background in wellness and strong customer service skills will thrive, and the YMCA will certify you if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.
• Willing to obtain required certifications if not current.
• Experience in wellness or fitness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and provide equipment orientations.

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
