Job summary

The Chester Family YMCA is seeking part-time Wellness Coaches to help members on the wellness floor. Your role includes building relationships, providing equipment orientations, and keeping equipment clean while supporting member wellness.

Evening and weekend availability is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED and hold CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (we will certify you if needed). The position pays $15-$17 per hour.

Job description

The Chester Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. This part time position is seeking evening availability as well as weekends. Pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour.

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
