Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time Wellness Coaches at the Shady Grove Family YMCA in Glen Allen, VA to help members on the wellness floor.

Responsibilities include building relationships with members, giving equipment orientations, ensuring clean equipment, and supporting wellness activities. CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are required or will be provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are required or will be provided.

Job description

The Shady Grove Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The page range for this position is $15-$17 per hour.

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
