Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living is seeking a SNF Wellness Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for a full-time role in Austin, TX. You will provide compassionate day-to-day care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support each resident’s physical and emotional well-being in a skilled nursing setting.

Candidate must be a CNA with CPR/First Aid, have strong communication skills, and a client-centered approach to serving seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Review and participate in daily reports and shift handovers.
• Assist residents to and from programs and meals.
• Follow infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident rights.
