Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living Group is seeking a Wellness Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role in Austin, TX. The position supports daily resident care in a compassionate, professional manner and may participate in culinary and community programs to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, participating in shift reports, supporting residents in activities, maintaining infection control, and upholding resident rights in a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification / First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Review and participate in daily reports and cross-over shift communication.
• Assist residents to and from scheduled programs and meals.
• Promote residents' independence and spiritual needs as appropriate.
• Maintain infection control practices and report changes to nursing staff.
