Watercrest Senior Living Group is seeking a Wellness Nurse LVN for the Austin, TX area. The role involves direct and indirect care to residents, under supervision of the SNF Wellness Director, with emphasis on quality of care and regulatory compliance.

The LVN must maintain documentation, administer medications, and support the care team while upholding the facility’s mission and standards. Experience in senior living is preferred.

Qualifications

• LVN license required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and team.
• Familiarity with FHA/ADA guidelines.
• Experience in senior living desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect care to residents under supervision.
• Administration and documentation of medications according to policy.
• Maintain accurate resident charting and records.
• Serve as Charge Nurse for assigned shift and coordinate team.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and safe.
• Coordinate effective communication among team, residents and families.
• Prepare for and manage emergencies and disasters.
