Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Wellness Nurse LVN to provide compassionate resident care in a SNF setting at our Austin community. You will work under the Resident Wellness Director, ensuring quality nursing care, safety, and regulatory compliance for residents.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, charting, and collaboration with an engaged care team to support residents and their families.

Qualifications

• LVN license required.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under supervision.
• Administer medications per regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate resident charts and documentation.
• Assist in care planning and implementing physician orders.
• Recognize changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
• Attend to emergencies and ensure safety and well-being of residents.
