Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a part-time Wellness Coordinator to join our Brentwood and Washington clinics. If you are motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness, this role offers 15-25 hours per week with competitive pay and bonus potential.

You will greet members, process transactions with POS software, educate patients on wellness offerings, and actively promote memberships and visit packages while delivering high‑level customer service. On-site at multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members; process check-ins.
• Engage patients to gain memberships and promote packages.
• Answer phones and re-engage inactive members.
• Support 3 clinics, mainly Brentwood and Washington.
• Deliver high‑level customer service and maintain organized workflow.
