Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Part Time Wellness Coordinator in the United States. The role focuses on driving memberships through excellent member service and proactive outreach. Ideal candidates are goal oriented, with sales experience and strong communication skills, including Spanish speaking ability.

You will assist patients, manage the flow in a fast-paced clinic, and participate in promotions while upholding core values of trust, integrity, excellence, respect and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• At least one year of previous Sales Experience.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients, checking them in to see the chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and workspace organization.
• Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Follow manager's policies and directions.
