Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build positive guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make every guest feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and wellness programs offered.
• Book appointments and encourage homecare retail purchases based on recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, answering calls, and responding to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
