Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to multitask with strong math and computer skills and build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
