Job summary

Relive Health St Johns is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (Client Advocate) to educate clients and drive the sale of wellness, regenerative services, and treatment plans. You will know Relive products, manage client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities tailored to each client’s needs.

The role serves as the main client contact, ensuring satisfaction throughout the relationship with Relive Health and coordinating with physicians to implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of general sales experience; medical field sales ideal.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a busy clinic setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tailor wellness solutions and nurture client relationships.
• Conduct empathetic consultations with HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians to plan personalized care.
• Upsell or cross-sell services to enhance client value.
• Ensure accurate documentation and streamline client interactions.
• Provide leadership and training to team members as needed.
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive continuous improvements.
