Job summary

Relive Health is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (Client Advocate) to educate clients on wellness, regenerative services, and treatment plans. You will build and maintain client relationships, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services tailored to each client’s needs.

You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and that their experience is positive and compliant with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of general sales experience; medical field experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy is ideal.
• Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience with tailored wellness solutions.
• Coordinate with physicians to plan and implement personalized care plans.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and client interactions with HIPAA compliance.
• Support brand engagement and upsell services where appropriate.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvements.
