The Client Care Coordinator at Relive Health serves as the primary contact with clients, educating them on wellness, regenerative services, and treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You will manage client relationships, follow up, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services while ensuring patient satisfaction throughout the relationship.

Collaborate with prescribing physicians, schedule consultations with empathy per HIPAA guidelines, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1 year of general sales experience; medical sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage client care with composure.
