Relive Health East Rutherford is seeking a Client Advocate to educate clients on wellness, regenerative services, and tailored treatment plans, while managing relationships and pursuing upsell opportunities.

The Client Advocate builds trust through HIPAA-compliant consultations, collaborates with physicians on care plans, and represents the Relive brand at events, driving engagement and revenue with personalized solutions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1 year of general sales experience; medical field experience ideal.
• Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Meet deadlines, multitask, and achieve objectives; strong interpersonal skills.

• Tailor wellness solutions and foster enduring client relationships.
• Conduct consultations with empathy and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement personalized care plans.
• Showcase Relive Health at events to drive engagement and revenue.
