Job summary

Collaborative Support Programs of NJ (CSPNJ) seeks a part-time Wellness Mentor to lead and model wellness, recovery and peer support. The role works with the Wellness Center Manager and members to plan and maintain daily operations, referrals, and community connections.

Requirements include a high school diploma, preferred peer certifications (CRSP/CPRS), and strong communication and computer skills. Shift coverage includes Tue–Sat with holidays and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• MUST have High School Diploma/GED.
• CRSP, CPRS, or equivalent peer certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Wellness Center operations in collaboration with the Center Manager.
• Engage with members, visitors and community to plan and implement activities.
• Provide information and referrals to wellness, recovery, and community services.
• Maintain knowledge of local resources and assist with referrals.
