Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a dynamic leader for the Fitness & Health Pavilion to drive membership sales, onboarding and retention. The role supervises front desk staff, ensures consistent sales and service standards, and supports marketing campaigns and promotional events.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate tours and enrollment, and provide Manager on Duty coverage as part of a rotation, contributing to an exceptional member journey.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, recreation, health administration, communications, or related field is required.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in membership sales, customer service, hospitality, recreation, retail sales, healthcare access, call center, front desk operations, or related member-facing sales/service environment is required.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a lead/coordinator/supervisor role is required.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a fitness center, community center, recreation, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or member-based service environment with sales/retention growth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a community center leadership team and model professionalism.
• Provide Manager on Duty coverage and oversee safety, service recovery and facility operations.
• Develop annual membership sales and promotion plans, staffing models, outreach calendars, and budgets.
• Oversee member services staffing including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and accountability for growth activities.
• Maintain front desk sales and service standards and accurate member/prospect records.
• Improve membership growth and member experience by monitoring activity, onboarding and retention trends.
• Support tours, enrollment, events, outreach, front desk coverage, calls, and member communications as appropriate.
