Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health/Fitness or related field.
• BLS Certification.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer application skills.
• 6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises members during workouts, corrects form, ensures safe loading and enforces floor policies.
• Administers physical tests after consultation and physician recommendations.
• Uses assessment data to design exercise programs to help members reach goals.
• Guides members through designed exercise programs and answers progression questions.
• Works on special projects assigned by the Fitness Coordinator.
