Power Wellness in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Part Time Member Services Associate to deliver top-tier member service at the service desk, handle enrollment, and support recruitment and retention of members. You will manage daily tasks including phone inquiries, guest registration, sign-ups, and accurate cash handling, while promoting memberships and ancillary services.

Proficiency with core business software and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 6 months related experience or training preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee interactions at the service desk including opening/closing procedures, answering phones, POS transactions, guest registration and fees, passes, check-in and information.
• Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services (personal training, massage therapy, nutrition programs).
• Schedule all appointments via core business software (Compete) with reminders and cancellations.
• Balance drawers from daily sales and maintain checkout accuracy.
• Enroll members via contract, explain memberships, obtain signatures and provide member handbook.
• Maintain effective radio communication with departments and support member satisfaction metrics.
• Stand for 3-6 hour shifts and handle other duties as assigned.
