You will manage operations, drive membership, promote retail, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience in personal service environments (spa/salon/gym).
• Natural leaders who can motivate, coach and support a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage all operational aspects including driving membership, promoting retail, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, and more.
• Set goals, prioritize work and analyze business performance.
• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Develop team members through training and performance reviews.
• Build positive relationships and trust with employees, members, and guests.
