Restore Hyper Wellness in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a General Manager who can run a studio with a business mindset and hands-on leadership.

You will build memberships and retail sales, recruit and train a small elite team, own P&L and ensure clinical-grade cleanliness, and represent the brand at community events.

RN is preferred but sales-ops leaders without one are encouraged to apply; you set the schedule, shape culture, and share in growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in Colorado is a huge plus; sales/ops powerhouse without one considered.
• 3–5 years of management experience with a track record of hitting numbers and leading people.
• Excellent communication on phone, in person, and via email.
• Tech-savvy with payroll systems and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build the business by driving memberships and retail sales through local outreach and grassroots marketing.
• Lead the team by recruiting, training, and mentoring a small, elite wellness staff.
• Own the operations by managing P&L, auditing payroll, and ensuring a clinical-grade clean and safe studio.
• Connect with the community as the local wellness ambassador and brand advocate.
