Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition or physical education.
• Current nationally recognized fitness certifications (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NSPA).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Wellness/Fitness with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wellness center programs, staff and member experience.
• Lead daily operations of the health and wellness center.
• Support equity, belonging and whole-person health as part of the Y's mission.
• Develop and mentor staff to deliver high-quality personal training and wellness services.
