YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is seeking a Healthy Living Director to oversee all Membership and Wellness programs at large branches. You will recruit, train, supervise, and develop a diverse Wellness team, including coaches, lifeguards, and Welcome Center staff.

You will drive strategic goals in operations, fiscal management, and community impact, participating in Annual Campaign initiatives and ensuring safety and quality across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of management experience.
• Experience in program development and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Develop and administer Membership and Wellness programs for large branches.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Wellness coaches, trainers, Lifeguards, and Welcome Center staff.
• Oversee budget preparation and monitor monthly financial reports to meet revenue targets.
