NIVA Health is seeking a Patient Engagement & Growth Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to guide patients through their wellness journey, from first conversation to ongoing treatment plan engagement, with a focus on trust and outcome-driven conversations.

This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary of $40k–$50k plus a performance-based bonus, a collaborative clinic culture, direct access to leadership, and opportunities to impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding people toward a purchase or programme decision in wellness, health coaching, or related field.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and ability to manage multiple patients.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment with measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients from their first interaction.
• Guide patients through wellness offerings to match their goals.
• Support patient engagement, retention, and treatment plan participation.
• Coordinate follow-ups, scheduling, and patient communications.
• Create an elevated patient experience at every touchpoint.
• Track KPIs for engagement, follow-up, and enrollment in new services.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff in a team-driven environment.
