Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Chicago, IL is seeking a Wellness Revenue Assistant to ensure accurate wellness evaluations and timely billing for private residents. You will coordinate notices, update service fees in Yardi Voyager, and oversee daily distribution of assessment forms to residents, responsible parties, and power of attorney or healthcare representatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree and about two years of clinical or AR/billing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required.
• 2 years of clinical and/or accounts receivable/billing experience in senior living preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi EHR/Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the Care/Service Discrepancies Tile in Yardi Voyager for residents requiring wellness package/service level notice and billing updates.
• Reviews resident EHR and confirms accuracy of evaluation.
• Manages distribution of notice letters and forms to the resident, responsible party, and healthcare power of attorney or responsible party, director, and community business office manager.
• Enters managed service fee changes in Yardi Voyager.
• Audits notices and rates scheduled in Yardi against rate implementation.
• Resolves billing/discrepancy issues with communities and operations teams.
• Supports transition to automated billing notification processes.
