Senior Lifestyle in Northbrook, IL seeks a Director of Health and Wellness to lead the clinical team serving Assisted Living residents, ensuring emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met through comprehensive programs.

This role requires regulatory expertise, budget management, staff development, and on-call clinical support, with a competitive salary of $150,000 plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

Must hold LPN/LVN or RN license and CEU/state requirements.
Experience leading clinical teams in senior living or hospital settings.
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of care to Assisted Living residents and ensure wellbeing across all program services.
Coordinate care conferences and liaise with residents, families, and staff.
Manage labor costs, supplies, and clinical budget.
Monitor regulatory timelines and develop care plans with staff.
Assess residents for levels of care and conduct orientation.
Plan staff training and required in-services; attend trainings.
Coordinate nursing/assisted living staff and schedules.
Maintain safe working environment and prevent accidents.
Ensure state regulatory compliance and mandatory reporting.
Provide 24/7 on-call clinical support.
