Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office in the Chicago area seeks a Wellness Revenue Assistant to ensure accurate wellness evaluations and timely billing of resident program fees. You will notify residents and responsible parties of assessments and fee schedules and update automated notifications in Yardi Voyager.

The role uses Yardi EHR/Voyager daily, requires a bachelor's or associate degree and about two years of experience in clinical or AR/billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required.
• 2 years of clinical or AR/billing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Yardi EHR/Voyager preferred.
• Experience in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review the Care/Service Discrepancies Tile in Yardi Voyager for billing updates.
• Review resident EHR for accuracy of evaluation.
• Distribute notice letters and forms to residents, parties, and staff.
• Enter managed service fee changes in Yardi Voyager.
• Audit notices and rate schedules against implementation.
• Resolve billing and evaluation discrepancies with teams.
• Analyze level of care variances and follow up.
• Support transition to automated billing notifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
