Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office seeks an Accounts Receivable/Billing professional to manage Medicare, Medicaid and third-party claims, bill residents for private pay services, and work with community BOMs to ensure accurate charges. Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling cash, and monitoring claim status.

The role requires 2–5 years AR experience, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, and familiarity with Yardi or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or related field
• 2–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Yardi preferred; ability to learn new software applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Bill Medicare, Medicaid, and all 3rd party insurance claims; submit reviews and correct as needed
• Bill residents for private pay services including monthly fees and ancillaries
• Collaborate with community Business Office Managers to ensure correct billing
• Post payments, reconcile deposits and posted payments daily
• Enter new residents to be billed in the system
• Send collections letters per policy and assist in in-person collections
• Track and monitor claim processing and resolve outstanding claims
• Post ACH payments and maintain accurate resident accounts
• Attend trainings and maintain safety and professional standards
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
