Qualifications

• Three years’ combination of education and benefits experience.
• Experience with an HRIS system and the development and/or administration of wellness programs.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate Team Member benefits and wellness programs.
• Input and maintain insurance information in HRIS and insurance carrier systems.
• Answer COBRA questions and ensure terminated Members are removed from systems.
• Assist with leave programs and related documentation.
• Develop and promote wellness initiatives and health-related events.
• Prepare reports and maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies.
